TAMPA, Fla. (May 28, 2013) – Lou Prida, CPA and partner at Prida Guida & Company, was appointed by Mayor Bob Buckhorn to serve on the Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) Board of Directors. Prida’s term is effective July 1, 2013 and will run for four years. In addition to serving on the board, Prida also sits on the TSA’s Finance Committee.
The Tampa Sports Authority was created by the Florida Legislature in 1965 and has oversight authority over the Raymond James Stadium, the Tampa Bay Times Forum, the Yankee Spring training complex, as well as three golf courses which are run by the city and operate financially independently of the stadium.
