Since 1955, Frank Perez Jr., has been assisting personal and business clients in tax preparation and reviews. After running his own practice for 56 years, Perez is proud to join and be a part of the new Prida, Guida & Perez, P.A.

A Tampa native, Perez has had a passion for numbers that helped him quickly advance in jobs he held while in school. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1951, and went on to the University of Florida, were he earned his accounting degree in 1955. 

Before passing the CPA boards in 1961, he worked at a local accounting firm, David M. Schwartz, CPA., where he earned his nickname “The Kid” from Lou Prida Sr., who also worked there at the time. 

Perez spent years working for some of the most respected accounting firms in Tampa and in 1976 expanded his own firm Perez & Company, PA. 

As the newest partner, Perez will be providing advanced accounting and consulting, taxation and audit services.
